Our Mission

Our aim is to offer evidence based therapy, assistance and support for children and adults with a variety of difficulties and diagnoses. We take a strength based approach to each individual. We are proud to be pro neurodiversity and trauma informed. We are careful not to use behavioural strategies and instead choose to collaborate with our clients in a meaningful way. “Pro Bono” Services:

We believe in our duty as a private practice to give back to the community. We provide a free therapy service, where possible , for selected children in unique situations who are unable to avail of therapy.
